Your new position

As the Principal Service Coordination will use your skills and experience to provide specialist guidance, advice and recommendations on customer services.  This is an exciting time at Seqwater, as we embed our new Vision and Values. Reporting to the Manager Services and Pricing, we are looking for a principal who can:

  • Develop, manage, negotiate and implement terms and conditions of supply acceptable to Seqwater, through contracts and regulatory arrangements
  • Specify and negotiate acceptable risk allocation across the supply chain, with customers and regulators.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of business rules and processes associated with service delivery and contracting with customers
  • Manage administrative matters relate to service delivery, such as service provider registration


About you

Your qualifications and extensive professional experience in customer relationship building will see you well placed to succeed in this Values led organisation. 


  • Degree in appropriate discipline (business/law/engineering or similar)
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in utility services, contracts and service provision
  • Demonstrated commercial approach to service delivery from utility and natural monopoly infrastructure
  • Demonstrated skills in designing and implementing business processes and controls
  • Experience in negotiating commercial supply contracts, particularly from utility infrastructure

This position is a common law contract with a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 (TFR), with the potential for a performance/incentive payment for exceptional performance.
