Your new position

Reporting to Team Leader Client Services we are looking for a candidate who can Provide a first point of contact to give advice, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal ICT services to internal customers and users.

About you

To set you up for success in this role you will have:

  • ICT Certificate IV qualification (highly regarded)
  • A+ software and/or hardware qualifications (highly regarded)
  • Possession of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) accreditation (highly regareded)
  • Experience working in a services desk capacity in a large and diverse organization

This position has been graded in accordance with Seqwater's EBA as an AO4 with a salary of $74,418.09 plus up to 12.75% superannuation
