About Your Opportunity 

Join the Infrastructure Planning and Capital Delivery Group (IPCD) to provide exceptional administrative, governance, and assurance support across our program and project delivery portfolio. In this role, you’ll maintain confidentiality, responsiveness, and efficiency while coordinating governance meetings, assurance activities, and documentation. Build strong relationships across Seqwater Groups, ensuring effective communication and the successful delivery of key project objectives. 

 Key responsibilities: 

  • Prepare for and coordinate governance forums (including meeting papers, reports, agendas, minutes). 

  • Review project and program deliverables for compliance with the established governance framework and Project Gateway process, reporting any non-compliance for corrective action in preparation for governing forum meetings. 

  • Develop and maintain systems, policies, and tools for efficient program/project governance and assurance management. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality outcomes. 

 

 About you 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:   

  • A suitable combination of comprehensive experience in project administration, governance and/or assurance activities.  

  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative support in a project environment.  

  • Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Seqwater’s integrated governance frameworks and associated systems. 

  • An understanding of the general principles surrounding project management.  

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing high levels of trust, integrity and responsibility in supporting the work of Project Managers and other internal stakeholders throughout the business. 

  • Experience in developing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures. 

 

This position has a salary starting at $90,757 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a 2 year fixed term contract.
