About Your Opportunity

Reporting to our HSW Business Partner - Projects, you will be instrumental in evaluating and monitoring contractors' compliance with contracts and safety management plans. You will provide strong support for the implementation of strategies throughout all phases of contract management, ensuring compliance, best safety practices, and continuous improvement in all projects.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support Leaders to safely plan and execute projects.
  • Supervise the collection and maintenance of compliance information, analyse and prepare reports on non-conformance.
  • Provide on-site monitoring and management of contractor compliance with the

Work Health and Safety Management Plan (WHSMP)

  • Conduct contractor compliance auditing to ensure compliance with contractual provisions.


About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or combination of experience and education
  • Proven experience in managing HSW projects and initiatives within a complex organisational environment.
  • Safety in Design experience
  • Experience in safety compliance roles within the construction industry
  • Experience in assessing and implementing safety measures in a dynamic construction environment.
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence.


This position has a salary starting at $104,668.84 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a permanent opportunity.
