About your opportunity

As the Management of Change Specialist, you will coordinate all Management Of Change (MoC) changes, including identifying the appropriate reviewers, stakeholders, and approvers. You will assist and respond to any MoC queries and support, including day to day management of the system, take ownership and delivery of the MOC process, provide governance and assurance of the process to relevant managers, and input into the Emerging Asset Risk process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and action all changes by performing the duties of the MoC Change Coordinator system function.
  • Administer the change process and follow up on any outstanding reviewer, stakeholder and approver actions.
  • Ensure compliance to the MoC procedure for each change management phase.
  • Provide system and process improvement opportunities to the Emergent Works Coordinator.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline or relevant Trade Qualification with significant demonstrated experience.
  • Knowledge of change management and project management principles
    and methodologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the scope, function and nature of the
    Electrical/Mechanical/Civil assets used in water treatment and bulk water storage.

This position has a base salary range of $104,668 - $115,102 dependant on experience p.a. plus 12.75% superannuation. Shift and overtime allowances may also apply.

Appointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements. Please note that people with criminal records are not automatically deemed ineligible. Each application will be considered on its merits.
