About Your Opportunity

Reporting to our Principal Learning & Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and logistical support to the Learning and Development team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience for employees.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of compliance training, including liaising with external training providers booking venues, coordinating attendance with leaders, and management of attendance records.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and internal clients to achieve consensus around the design and implementation of learning and development offerings.
  • Manage the Registered Training Organisation panel of providers ensuring procurement processes are adhered to including the creation of purchase and contract orders relating to compliance training and coordinating both contract kick-off meetings for new suppliers and periodic contract review meetings with existing suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Corporate Records Management System, following governance procedures, while leading day-to-day LMS management.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support for LMS users, addressing ad hoc troubleshooting and collaborating with the system vendor and ICT for complex technical issues.

 

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essentials

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail

Desirables

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the delivery of nationally recognised Vocational Educations and Training

 

This is a part time role working (0.4FTE) 15.2 hours per week and is a temporary opportunity until 31/01/2026. This position has a salary starting at $90,757.71 – 101,191.05 (pro rata) plus superannuation. The days and working hours are flexible between Monday – Friday so tell us in your cover letter what would work for you!
