About Your Opportunity

The Lead Asset Information role ensures the integrity and usability of Seqwater’s asset data across the Enterprise Asset Management system. It leads a team responsible for managing asset records and metadata, enabling accurate, timely, and validated information to asset lifecycle activity delivery, compliance, and investment decisions. The position oversees three asset information offices, and service delivery through inbox and ticketing workflows, and contributes to the stewardship of asset knowledge throughout its lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across EAM and Equipment Register
  • Lead and mentor a team of Asset Information Officers, overseeing performance and quality
  • Manage the asset information inbox and ticketing system for timely service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with Seqwater’s asset information strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet asset data requirements
  • Conduct data quality reviews and support platform integration
  • Comply with Seqwater’s safety, quality and environmental standards

 

Essential Criteria

  • Strong knowledge of master data management, Excel and EAM/CMMS systems
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven leadership in mentoring and quality assurance
  • Alignment with Seqwater values

 

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience with asset data handover and integration
  • Understanding of infrastructure documentation and asset management
  • Familiarity with water industry assets
  • Skills in data acquisition, cleaning and analysis

 

This position has a salary range of $108,332.25 - $119,130.76 (dependant on experience) plus 12.75% superannuation and is a full-time, permanent position.
