About Your Opportunity
Reporting to our Group Support Officer – Operations, you will provide confidential and responsive administration support to the Group Support Officer and the broader team, ensuring compliance with Seqwater policies and procedures. You’ll help implement business systems and manage records, while maintaining strong communication and working relationships across Seqwater and with external contacts.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative and clerical support, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage communications, reports, meeting agendas/minutes, and business documentation.
- Coordinate office systems, meetings, travel, and events, including financial administration and budget tracking.
- Maintain effective communication and document management across internal and external stakeholders.
- Use initiative to support the team during the Group Support Officer’s absences, ensuring continuity and timely follow-up on business processes.
3 days per week, working two days in the office, and one from home.
Location: Need to be flexible to work from our Ipswich, Brisbane CBD, and Mount Crosby offices/locations, as well as potentially other locations across southeast Queensland.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Strong admin, team support, and PA experience or training.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and specialist software skills.
- High integrity, trust, and independent work ethic.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
- Unrestricted driver’s licence.
This position has a base full-time (for part time will be pro rata) salary starting at $79, 536 plus 12.75% superannuation,
