About Your Opportunity

Step into the role of Rotables Manager and become a driving force behind the future of Seqwater's Water Treatment Plant assets. In this dynamic position, you’ll spearhead innovative strategies to maximise the efficiency and performance of our critical rotable assets—ensuring smooth operations, optimal costs, and full regulatory compliance. Your day-to-day will see you at the centre of action, orchestrating repairs and overhauls, fine-tuning inventory to ensure we're always ready, building strong partnerships with vendors, and keeping meticulous records for seamless traceability and top-notch audit outcomes. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and oversight of rotable asset programs, including component renewals, refurbishments, upgrades, and lifecycle improvements to support capital delivery and infrastructure planning objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Asset Strategy and Planning, Maintenance, and Engineering, to ensure alignment across the full lifecycle of rotable components.
  • Develop scopes of work and procurement documentation for engaging repair vendors and service providers, including defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and managing contract submissions.
  • Review and manage vendor deliverables, ensuring repair solutions address operational needs, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the removal, installation and refurbishment of rotable assets inline with the rotable strategies across Seqwater Assets.
  • Project Management work as required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in rotables or repairable asset management
  • Demonstrated expertise in lifecycle management of pumps, valves, motors, actuators, and other critical rotating equipment
  • Proven track record in managing repair cycles, vendor relationships, and capital spares management
  • Experience in coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement teams
  • Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and performance analysis

This position will be offered contract with an attractive salary and 12.75% superannuation.
