About the role

As Manager Treatment Operations Services, you’ll lead the expertise, projects and operational support that keep Seqwater’s treatment services safe, reliable and performing at their best. You’ll guide a capable team, champion consistent treatment practices and turn technical insight into practical action—strengthening business continuity, managing emerging risks and driving improvements across our portfolio. Working collaboratively across Seqwater, you’ll influence investment priorities, support critical incident responses and help deliver high-quality water services for communities across South East Queensland.

What you'll bring

You are an accomplished technical leader who brings:

• Tertiary qualification in Water Treatment, preferably Dam Operations, or similar, and extensive experience
• Understanding of Drinking Water Quality Management Plans (DWQMP) and obligations under the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) framework
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to organisation activities, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge
• Communication and interpersonal skills including liaison, influence, and negotiation with diverse stakeholders
• Project Management experience in operational environments
