About Your Opportunity
The Document Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of all project or contract related documents and records. You will play a crucial role in maintaining document control procedures, facilitating document reviews and approvals, and supporting compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the organisation and storage of project and contract related documents and records in electronic formats.
- Implement document control procedures, including document naming conventions, version control, and access permissions for assigned project/s.
- Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of documents, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor document changes and revisions, maintaining accurate records of document history and version control.
- Contribute to the development of training and guidance materials and deliver training to Document Control management system users.
- Perform system administration duties for electronic Document Management System/s.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or related roles.
This position has a salary range of $90,757 - $101,191 (dependent on experience) plus 12.75% superannuation and is a 2 year fixed term contract until December 2026
