About Your Opportunity

As Seqwater’s Customer Account Manager, you'll drive strong relationships with our five Retailer Customers, fostering collaboration and ensuring their evolving needs are met. You'll manage contracts, negotiate variations, and champion reform of the bulk water supply framework to support both commercial success and regulatory oversight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strengthen customer relationships to boost Seqwater's understanding and improve Retailer experience.
  • Lead customer engagement and collaboration, driving continuous service improvements.
  • Regularly review performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manage Bulk Water Supply and commercial agreements, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:  

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Law or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive prior experience in customer account management in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience managing complex urban retailer customers relationships and resolving, contractual arrangements and associated issues.
  • Alignment with Seqwater values.

This position has a salary starting at $132,491 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a permanent opportunity.
