About Your Opportunity
As the Operations Supervisor Supply Moreton, you will lead the team responsible for the effective operation of the North Pine Water Treatment Plant. This includes ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality treated water, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvements In this role, you will ensure that Seqwater’s water facilities in Moreton consistently meet the needs of the community while maintaining a focus on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of water treatment operators.
- Coordinating operational input for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
- Work with the Coordinator, and other technical experts in the identification and resolution of complex or unusual plant issues.
- Developing and implementing operational improvements for enhanced efficiency.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or deemed equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Certificate IV and or Diploma in Water Industry Operations (highly regarded)
- Unrestricted Driver’s Licence for a motor vehicle.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Alignment with Seqwater's values and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
This position has a salary starting at $117,467.93 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a permanent full-time role.
