About Your Opportunity
Manage the effective implementation and operation of data engineering and integration across the business. In this role, you’ll set strategic outcomes, manage proposals and budgets, develop operational procedures, and assess performance for continuous improvement. You’ll also provide leadership, mentoring your team while engaging with key stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of professional data and integration services at Seqwater.
- Oversee Seqwater’s business catalogue, driving internal customer collaboration to identify opportunities and advocate innovative business automation solutions.
- Prepare briefing materials and regular performance reports for key stakeholders.
- Lead and execute the administration and coordination of data and integration services across the entire organization.
- Design solutions that apply architectural and data engineering concepts to meet operational requirements, including scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications in data analytics.
- Experience in delivering data and integration solutions services, both on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure).
- Proven track record of client-centric collaboration and agile solution delivery. Experience in budget preparation and developing proposals.
- Experience leading and managing a team of data engineering professionals and external contractors.
This position has a salary starting at $132,491 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a
permanent full time role.
