About Your Opportunity
As the Manager Sustaining Capital, you will be at the forefront of planning and delivering innovative small to medium-sized projects that are key to Seqwater's mission. You will collaborate with external contractors and lead a dynamic team of internal project professionals, ensuring that every phase—from planning to delivery, commissioning, and handover—exemplifies excellence and efficiency.
Your role as a leader goes beyond project management. You will be instrumental in fostering Seqwater’s vibrant culture, driving improvements in performance, safety, and customer experience. Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary planning and project management professionals in the design, development, and timely delivery of medium scale asset improvements and infrastructure capital projects
- Provide authoritative advice to the General Manager Capital Delivery and Executives on all aspects related to project delivery, including risk, strategic considerations, and innovative and sustainable construction practices and to ensure efficient capital investment.

- Provide expert advice to the General Manager on the delivery program, highlighting emergent issues and providing strategies to mitigate program risks.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as engineering, project management or planning.
- Strong demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of a large program of complex projects including planning, organising, scheduling, executing and reporting progress.
This position will be offered as an individual TFR contract with an attractive salary.and is a a Max Term Contract position until June 30 2026
