About your opportunity
As the Senior Engineer Management of Change, you will lead Seqwater’s technical Management of Change process to support the achievement of organisational objectives for safety, water quality, environment and water supply. You will lead a team in the effective and efficient implementation and continuous improvement of technical management of change across Seqwater. You will collaborate across teams to ensure technical management of change is effectively implemented to reduce Seqwater’s risk.
This role is responsible for:
- Lead the provision of expert advice to the business regarding engineering Management of Change
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of technical management of change processes to ensure asset and operational risks from engineering changes are effectively managed
- Lead the improvement of Seqwater’s technical Management of Change systems
- Lead the development and roll out of training to support technical management of change process
- Collaborate to develop, maintain and improve Seqwater’s process safety information
- Develop and report on key engineering management of change indicators
- Observe and comply with all Seqwater work health and safety, quality, water quality and environmental management systems and procedures
- Undertake other duties, which are assigned from time to time by the Leader

About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering
- Current active RPEQ registration in a discipline relevant to the position
- Significant demonstrated experience in a related role
- Experience in improving the effectiveness of engineering management of change within an operational environment
- Experience in developing effective cross functional teams
- Proven skills in communication, negotiation, co-ordination and consultation at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience leading technical teams
This position has a competitive salary range, plus 12.75% superannuation and is full-time, permanent.
