You’ll be working on some of the most high-profile water infrastructure projects in the industry, helping to secure Water for Life for generations to come.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Principal Quality, you will be accountable for the integrity, efficiency, and continual improvement of Seqwater’s certified management systems (Drinking Water Quality, WHS, Environment, Quality). Your focus: rigorous compliance, process discipline, and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute internal/external audits to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Own and optimise management system processes, documentation, and controls.
- Drive integration of common elements across certified management systems.
- Identify and implement practical solutions for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Provide expert advice and support on management system issues, risks, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all systems are maintained, updated, and fully aligned with operational requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in management systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an auditor in certified management systems and Lead Auditor qualification (highly regarded).
- Proven track record in integrated management system development and maintenance.
- Exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and follow-through.
- Strong documentation, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in structured, routine environments and deliver consistent results.
- Clear, direct communicator with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.
