About Your Opportunity
As the Communications Advisor – Content & Digital Assets, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing Seqwater’s digital platforms, including our public website and internal intranet. You’ll ensure our digital presence is user‑centred, accessible, well governed and aligned to organisational priorities and brand standards.
You’ll oversee platform performance and content quality, plan and deliver digital improvements, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role also supports digital content creators across the business, strengthens UX and accessibility outcomes, and contributes to building Seqwater’s digital capability through governance, training and guidance.
Key priorities will include:
- Project managing updates to the Seqwater App, including coordination with our external provider, managing internal input and ensuring content quality and alignment with brand and tone.
- Leading Phase 2 of the Seqwater website refresh, including coordinating enhancements with our web vendor and working with subject matter experts across the business to review, refresh and rationalise content.
- Supporting large-scale content uplift across priority sections of the website, ensuring accessibility, usability and governance standards are maintained.
- Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements to Seqwater’s digital platforms.
About You
This role is ideal for a communications or digital professional with experience in website or CMS management (preferably Drupal), digital project coordination and stakeholder engagement within complex organisations.
You’ll bring strong content and digital governance skills, a user-centred mindset and the ability to coordinate multiple contributors to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
This role will be offered on a full time, 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. The salary range is $122,730 - $133,528 plus 12.75% superannuation.
