  • Configure, optimise and enhance core digital systems to support consistent, enterprise‑wide use and performance.
  • Lead the discovery, documentation and refinement of business requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee system testing (unit, integration and UAT) to ensure enhancements meet standards and deliver measurable value.
  • Provide specialist functional advice, reporting and insights across enterprise systems to support effective decision‑making.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience providing backend functional support and administration for TechnologyOne, including configuration, troubleshooting, integrations and data integrity.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, Finance, HR, Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five years’ experience supporting, enhancing and operating enterprise digital systems within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience managing day‑to‑day system operations to ensure stability, accurate reporting and business continuity.
  • Advanced capability in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards (e.g. Power BI, ETL, Crystal Reports) to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across the business.
