You’ll be working on some of the most high-profile water infrastructure projects in the industry, helping to secure Water for Life for generations to come.
As the Statutory Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee delivery of third party and statutory maintenance on Seqwater’s built assets in accordance with relevant statutory regulations and standards at all operational sites. You will lead a team who conduct regular inspections to ensure asset compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee and monitor contractor management including contracts.
This role is responsible for:

Supervise contractors and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with WHS, quality, and environmental requirements.

Foster collaboration, drive operational excellence, and uphold organisational values, policies, and procedures.
Appointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements. Please note that people with criminal records are not automatically deemed ineligible. Each application will be considered on its merits.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

High level knowledge and understanding of the scope, function and nature of the statutory requirements of all assets used in water treatment and bulk water storage. Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, environmental and EEO legislation (desirable).

Strong demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, with particular emphasis on consultation, advocacy, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution and assertiveness.
This position has a competitive salary range of $145,350 - $159,885 per annum (dependant on experience) plus 12.75% superannuation and is full-time, permanent. Overtime and allowances may apply.
