About Your Opportunity

You will play a key role in fostering and strengthening relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by ensuring procurement initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the design, development, management, and ongoing optimisation of comprehensive procurement plans that span a wide array of business functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support category strategy design, development, and implementation focused on safety, value, governance, relationships, timeliness, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report savings, improve procure-to-pay processes, monitor spend areas, and provide insights on spend risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse market and competitive conditions, advising the category management team.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance across various categories.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a procurement function
  • Relevant experience of strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics in a procurement function.

This position has a salary starting at $90,757 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a permanent role
